How To Fix Broken Relationships

This past Valentine's day reminded me how most of us desire to have a love in our life. It seems to be a natural human impulse to love and be loved by someone special. It makes us feel alive and for some of us gives us a purpose in life. As an Energy Healer and Couples Therapist I see the attempts of my clients to try to get back some of the love and beauty of relationships that have gone bad. I feel for them.

After years of using conventional therapy to help improve relationships I realized that the common element that had to be addressed if relationships were to improve was stress reduction. I am not the first one to think this way. The Chinese centuries ago realized that stress and trauma accumulated in the body blocks the life force energy "chi "and in doing so imbalances the emotions and thinking of the individual. It is hard to be loving and positive when you are feeling anger or anxiety building up. It is easy for humans to project this anger or fear onto their relationship and ruin it.

I have found that the fastest and most powerful way to remove stress and balance the body and relationships is through Energy Healing. There are many types out there that are popular now such as Reiki and Pranic Healing. I have used those but realized years ago that each of these approaches involved use of different strands of Universal Healing Energy Frequencies. It is possible to increase the number of frequencies beyond those commonly used. Having a larger base of healing energies to use allows the healer to pick the best energies for each unique and specific illness or condition. I found that being out in the wilderness helps one attune to these greater frequencies and I have spent two or three days a week for seventeen years in the woods for this purpose. It is amazing what infinite healing energies the universe contains.

The best self help method for removing stress I have found is to practice some form of meditation. It does not work as fast by any means as Energy Healing but can be added after the Energy Healing sessions are completed to insure that stress does not accumulate again. I have found that Transcendental Meditation removes deep stress faster than the more common Mindfulness Meditation  but both approaches create  powerful positive changes. Recently I have been reading in the New York Times about studies that found that daily meditation reduces stressful thinking and anxiety, increases empathy, and increases attention span and memory. Good stuff.
